The.Three.Little.Lambz.

Raegann turned two a couple weeks ago.
Jaymeson turns four today.
Shaelynn turns seven in August.

Oh Summer...
How much it makes me reflect. I met Chad in the Summer.
We got married the Summer after.
We had Shaelynn the Summer after that.
The next two lambs joined the Summer trend as well.

I am in a new season of motherhood. The seasons seem to get longer and more challenging. Maybe because I took on my first year of homeschooling. Maybe because I have a new two year old in the house. Or maybe it's because I am realizing each child needs us in a different way, unique and specific to their individuality
-and those needs change as they grow.
They all make my heart skip a beat.
I want to be the best I can for each of them.

Shaelynn.
The most intense, artistic, passionate, strong willed.
Anything she feels, you feel it too.
She is a lover and a fighter. She always has something to say.
She is our first night owl.
She is a perfectionist.
She is a daddy's girl.
She has a love for Jesus and people.
She is a baby and animal whisperer. Or so we like to say.
Nothing makes her happier than seeing a smile
she put on someone else's face.
She is selfless.
Her heart is bigger than any I have ever known.
The most responsible little girl.
And, always our little hero.

Raegann.
  The most curious and mischievous.
Gets into EVERYTHING. Will eat ANYTHING.
She has a big voice in a little body.
She still squeaks like a newborn when she cries.
She is a night owl like her sister. Last to go to sleep, first to wake up.
She doesn't want to miss a thing.
However, she is the craziest crazy if she doesn't get enough sleep.
Absolutely needs her Ni Night (blanket)
and demands a good snuggle.
She plays on your heart strings like no other.
We can't take our eyes off of her for a second.
We are in serious trouble with this one.

Jaymeson.
Mama's boy. Takes after his daddy.
As I type this, his body is strung across mine.
The pickiest eater you will ever meet.
We call him the prince because he gets almost everything he wants.
He is a sneaky sneakster. In every aspect of the phrase.
He can't stay up late for the life of him.
He has always been the quiet one, with a sister like Shaelynn,
there isn't much room to talk.
Although, he is finding his voice among the girls.
He roughs up his sisters as if they were brothers.
But, he also loves on them in such precious moments.
He's a boys boy. All things dinosaurs, legos and robots.

Every day is chaos.
Every day is filled with love.
Every day, I have that much more to be thankful for.

Rescue One

As of June 1, 2015
Selling people has become the number one way
LA gangs make money,
surpassing the profit from selling drugs for the first time in history.

The Rescue One Foundation raises awareness about human trafficking by speaking at schools, participating in church HT Awareness Symposiums, serving on the volunteer leadership team for Saddleback Church's Justice and Trafficking Initiative, attending collaborative meetings for law enforcement, civil entities, faith-based, school, and non-profit organizations. With love, they provide emotional, psychological, physical, and financial support indefinitely as well as minister to the survivors of Human Trafficking. Rescue One fights on a global level as well as participate in outreaches from Riverside to Orange to Los Angeles county, working with local organizations and authorities to fight the injustice.

Rescue One has participated in organizing and executing a premiere Human Trafficking Awareness Symposium that has had a range of special speakers. In collaborations with LAPD FBI HT task force, they have walked the streets of LA, one of the most dangerous and active "tracks" in the United States and were able to minister to the girls working.

This Summer, Rescue One will be visiting Singapore to conduct Human Trafficking research and documentation for future outreach. They will also visit the world's largest red light district in the Philippines where they are bringing donated flip flops for the girls and women being sold on the streets. There are parties being held to bling some sandals as well. If you are interested in donating a pair of flip flops or being a part of a Bling Party Project, you can contact me in any of the ways listed at the end of this post.

My family and I are proud to be a contributor to their purpose. If you would like to be a part of this project, you can simply donate directly to The Rescue One Foundation, or purchase any of the items below. Every dollar is given to this non profit organization so that they can continue doing what God has called them to do. Thank you so much for your support. It means so much to me.
